Job Scope for Productization / Product Creation Person We are seeking a detailed and result orientated individual with experience in creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines for a new commercial product. This person will be project based and the KPI prefixed on delivery of an international standard Operations guideline and creating the required supporting documents to support this new product and its implementation. The ideal person should have the knowledge of commercializing products from proof of concept stage to commercial implementation. Familiarity with creations of manual and guidelines necessary to implement regional and international distribution requirements. These manuals and guidelines should encompass the following: 1. An overview of the product and the related history in creation of the product 2. Detailed SOP / Guidelines of the product itself 3. Detailed SOP / Guidelines of implementation through various stages and location. 4. Installation and technical guidelines/requirements for the implementation. 5. Sales and marketing processes / guidelines from A-Z for this new product 6. Building/creating other support documents required for the proper implementation of the product. The ideal candidate should also have the following traits: 1. Excellent English writing skill to aptly define the various product capabilities and processes 2. Any previous experience in creating manuals and/or guidelines for an electrical/non-electrical based product with minor complexity to be marketed internationally to a third party reseller would be very suitable. 3. Extremely organized, meticulous and process driven to develop step by step process based manuals for operations and implementation. 4. Some knowledge of technical (electrical engineering based) would be an advantage although not necessary. 5. Experience or exposure to legal documents (related to commercialization of products) would also be an advantage although not necessary. 6. Ability to problem solve any unforeseen obstacles during the process and determine simple and effective solutions. 7. Ability to work independently to create the final product but also in a team to source and gather information from various departments which will be necessary during the development of the product guidelines.
