Php coding project

I would like a php coder to develop a missions system in my game .? the missions system is like that of another game i like [[login to view URL]][1] where users? use their fleet for items. but in my game the user would be doing missions for credits , untrain units, sapphire and titanium.? the missions are of course a lot more risky than that of attacking other players.? it will use 1 turn to do a mission .? missions are hefty but the rewards are hefty as well.? players chances of their ship surviving are 66 [login to view URL] they fleet survives then the get the amount of credits that they bet on for the mission( second part not in spaceo game) for instance if i bet 1b credits my fleet will survive then it survives i get 1b credits along with the credits i bet with.? or another resource.
