Engineers drawing required - Solidworks / Inventor / AutoCAD expert

I have a sketched drawing (attached) that i want re-drawn in Solidworks, Inventor or AutoCAD to give a proper 'Engineers' drawing for machining from. All dimensions must be drawn in based from 0,0 point and referenced to it. 3D image would be excellent as well - but not essential. Only bid on this project if you have detailed knowledge of drawings for machinists, and have one of the above named applications. We require the drawings to be submitted in PDF format when complete. With you bid please include samples of previous completed drawings. This is to be completed immediately - so only bid on it if you can start working within the next few hours.
