convert Mod ena cam to use red5 or wowza nginx

You must have experience in CodeIgniter + red5 and or wowza and ngnix. We are looking to migrate away from flash and are looking for a skilled coder to complete this task with correct and bug free code. The streaming must be of high quality and allow for over 1000 simultaneous end users. You will need to see this job to 100% functional streaming completion with end user testing prior to release of job funds. Your Skills: High level of integrity 1.)
