Hi, my name is Miguel Alonso and I am a licensed GC and Architect based out of W. Palm Beach, Florida. I have over 10 years experience working on residential project in high wind zones in both CMU and Wood Construction. I have attached an example of a project I believe is similar to what you are doing for your review. This was a recent historic renovation I did for another architect locally here in Palm Beach. I do have experience with the Long Island building departments having spent much time in Syosset and Oyster Bay working on projects up there. I have the capability of doing complete construction drawings including structural and MEP including calculations. My degree may be in architecture but my license and experience in General Contracting has enabled me to develop plans that are concise, accurate, and go through building reviews with minimum comments if any. You had mentioned that you would like to pay by the sheet and that is ok with me and I am open to payment through a variety of methods.
