Birthday Reminder • Include a splash screen that displays on program start up for 5 seconds with your name displayed • Include an instruction window that the user can access from a menu on the birthday reminder window • Requirements for the birthday reminder: o Allow the user to enter the first name, last name, date, and a note for someone’s birthday o Allow the user to add birthday records, and remove birthday records to and from a ListBox o Use a record object that has first name, last name, date, note, and creation date o Selecting a birthday record in the ListBox will display the details in the respective display fields o Give the user the option to save the birthday records to a text file using a menu option and save file dialog o Give the user the option to load the birthday records from a text file using a menu option and open file dialog o Note: There is no requirement to allow the user to edit an existing record
