HI, Thanks for providing your requirements in details. I will be able to deliver the software in a quality code. Here is my solution approach in brief, 1. Outbound Email Service - It will track json file in configurable folder and once email is sent. Json file will be moved to archived folder. Service has to run in singleton pattern to avoid duplicate processing for emails. 2. I will use MIMEKit and MailKit to build emails. These kits are open source and free. 3. JSON file will be encrypted and attached with "Reject" and "Approve" links. Please note that these buttons can only a Link (anchor html element) to trigger the email. 4. Inbound Email Service - It will monitor emails and delete the email once it is processed. 5. The encrypted text will be decrypted and database will be updates as logic is specified in PDF. I have couple of questions on your requirements, 1. Do you have your own SMTP server hosted in your company or do you use any third party service to send email. What authentication is used to access email account. 2. Is your SMTP server accessible from out side your company network? How do you expect me to unit test my code in your environment? 3. I assume email templates are stored in network directory. Please confirm. 4. I could not understand the Database update logic completely. Please elaborate. Estimation: 120Hrs work.
