csv parser upload app for windows -- 2

We need you to write a Windows app to be able to take CSV files, clean them, create a new clean CSV, and upload them to an API cloud-endpoint. We already have an app that does that, however, it is old, and we want someone to re-write something similar with a few improvements. Watch the video to understand what the app does now. and what we need [login to view URL] We want your NEW app to do everything the existing app does now, but also with the following improvements * if duplicate asset_id is detected, only the 1st one should be added to the new clean csv and uploaded. * the additional duplicate asset_id should be skipped and logged to an upload log. example duplicate asset_id 123456 was skipped on line 56 * per upload a new upload_log should be generated into the upload_log folder. the file name for log should be [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Your log should the following things. 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app started 2023-05-04 17:25:30: csv file was missing 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app exit 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app started 2023-05-04 17:25:30: csv detected size of csv 11kb 2023-05-04 17:25:30: csv total lines 10000 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app cleaned up all illegal characters and set correct formatting 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app generated new clean csv 2023-05-04 17:25:30: new csv has 9900 lines 100 lines were skipped 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app connected to end point 2023-05-04 17:25:30: Upload started 2023-05-04 17:25:30: upload completed 2023-05-04 17:25:30: app exit additionally, there should be a general log for the app GUI .. open. editing etc. etc. etc.. * we should be able to select what the delimiter will be for uploading. the default should be "," but we may want to change to PIPE for example | * as each file is uploaded, and moved to the processed folder. the file name should be changed to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] the new clean file which was uploaded should also be saved to the same folder.
