Project Task Develop an function for PowerPoint which allows drawing different variations of circular process arrows given a set of parameters like radius, spacing, offset angle, etc. For a detailed description of what we are looking for, please see the attached PowerPoint file. The function will be integrated in an existing add-in, so you don't need to worry about the user interface. The function stub is given in the attached file. Challenge The challenge will be to create all these shapes using PowerPoint's Shapes.FreeformBuilder. You will need to know how to create freeform arcs in PowerPoint using Bezier curves, which requires a bit of mathematical understanding. [login to view URL] may be helpful. Please note that the number of nodes used for the shapes should be minimal. Environment - .NET C# (preferred) or VBA - Required to work with PowerPoint 2007 & 2010 & 2013 Milestones - 50% for working demo of "outer ring" parameters (e.g. video, compiled / password protected code, ...) - 50% for documented source code Timeframe - Within next 4 weeks

I have experience of working with a leading Indian MNC's Engineering services firm with specialization in Automation of Engineering design tasks. I had worked with CATIA, Inventor, NX automation using VB 6.0, VB.Net, VBA, VB Script, Python, etc. I had lead teams of 10 -15 in automation design processes and typically applications went for about 6 months to 2 years. Apart from Engineering work, I had extensively used Excel,Powerpoint either as part of process or part of entire application using VBA. Though I have not worked on the relevant problem statement earlier, I believe I can handle the problem. With my engineering and Knowledge based Engieering (KBE) background, I have the relevant expertise of approaching new problems and provide solutions.
