I'm in need of a ROS2 MoveIt expert to assist with a project involving an autonomous industrial robot. The tasks to be accomplished include motion planning, collision detection, and manipulation control. I require a high level of customization, involving many custom components and behaviors. I have successfully implemented motion planning and collision detection for various robotic systems. I have also developed manipulation control functionalities and customized MoveIt for specific projects. In past projects, I have worked on customizing MoveIt for complex robotic arms, achieving precise and reliable motion control. I developed a robotic arm controller using C programming to address joint limits and singularities. The robotic arm had multiple joints that needed to be controlled in real-time to perform precise and accurate movements. I encountered challenges such as joint limits, where the joint angles were restricted within a certain range, and singularities, where the robotic arm's end-effector could not move due to a mathematical singularity in the robot's kinematic equations. To overcome these challenges, I carefully calibrated the joint limits and optimized the control algorithm in C programming. I implemented custom algorithms to efficiently compute inverse kinematics solutions and avoid singularities by adjusting the joint angles to steer clear of problematic configurations. Additionally, I utilized advanced optimization techniques to improve the overall performance of the robotic arm controller, ensuring smooth and stable motion.
