build me a C programing project

the project MUST be built in NI LabWindows CVI 2017. The project is about receiving 2 rows of data from Excel and process it. The products of the process should be displayed on C programming in CVI interface while using UIRs. The input values are two rows of doubles (x1, x2). The value c should be calculated and would be the number of columns. x1 Always equals x2. The first page would contain a button for receiving the data and more buttons for each page mentioned below. the graphs and pages should be: - (x1/x2)*100 (for each column) vs c (x-axis), where c runs from 1 till n (number of columns).
