The objective is to design and implement a PC-based system that will recognize musical notes generated by an acoustic guitar and produce its tablature in real-time. The interface to the pc will be a microphone connected to the sound card of the pc. The project will use DSP principles in order to obtain the required output. It will be better if the service provider can also play the guitar.
