Hello i would like a c++ window for window's

iv created a php script but im looking for somone to design me a simple form in c++ it will need to send the data to the server then reccive differnt codes wether to continue or not the fields that i would need are Merchant id Drop down box for Plus or Minus Item Cost in £ a barcode reader input so the system can post the detales to my online server, once i have payed you for the software i will have all right of the software, and i might even save you as my personal contact for my programming i am looking for a quote and a image what you can do for me * if no image is sent i will not read what you can do for me *
