Flash Cards Program

This is a simple project. If this sounds harsh or robotic, don't worry, I'm very personable, and easy to work with, just trying to lay out details. I'm a student and would rather pay more for a program that doesn't give me a headache when studying than a little less for the existing programs that do give me a headache. In order to have such a program, I would have to create it, which I have, and just need it to be coded. [login to view URL] and search for flash cards, there are many programs available, such as "Flash Card Master". There are also many commercial programs available such as Flash Card Manager.(pretty nice simple interface, like my program will have) I don't like any of them, and know what I want in the program, such as a more friendly workflow and GUI. Some stuff these programs have, I don't want, but I do have stuff to add. The stuff to add is rudimentary, basic programming, nothing like a "video player, webcaster and microwave capable flash card program." *********************************************************** One such addition is as follows: First, in flash cards there are two values, a PROMPT and ANSWER. When a PROMPT is shown, such as "goodbye", a visual timer will count up. I would need to TYPE the ANSWER (eg: "adiós") correctly ASAP and hit the ENTER key. ###Note: Obviously, the program needs to support foreign characters, ###so when I enable my international keyboard characters, they ###function inside the program. If seconds < 5, then the word would still need to be correctly entered by me 10 more consecutive times when the PROMPT asks for ANSWER, AND when clicking REVERSE, 10 more times when the ANSWER asks for the PROMPT. At this point, the word would be considered, "KNOWN", and during quizzing won't be brought up anymore. UNLESS!!!! In the word lists, I selected the words, RIGHTclicked and chose, "Reset to Uknown." This would take the selected words out of the "known" and make them unknown. Works on win98 through vista. Its a spiced up flash card program...don't need fancy gui themes or skins bid accordingly. In a PM, separate from your bid, tell me what type of database/data system you would use for storing different flash card sets and categories. (If you post this public, I will NOT choose you.) I want to see who knows what they're talking about. Bid on this knowing you'd have 60days to finish from the time I accept the bid.(Don't count federal us holidays or sat/sun.) Like most projects, you are being hired by me to code the program I made. You will have no distribution rights or copyrights. I require source code and a working program. I expect communication from you, not to be ignored or work without my guidance all of a sudden. This will be a breeze!
