The name of the company is Italian Beauty Expert, we will be also doing export to other countries.
We have source of high quality products that we will sell in the region. We will also have Beauty Training Center within the office, as the office will be divided into two sections, half for the training and the other half is for the administration and management. This training will also generate income as we will train the salon owners and stylists on all the latest techniques of Hair and hair products use. We will be licensed to issue legit certification after completion of training. We have qualified trainer to perform training and educating. The Beauty Training Center will also support our selling efforts, as after distributors, salon owners, and stylist are well educated about the products and how its used, then the sale will naturally flow up. The office rental per year is going to be AED 110,000 per year, the remodeling is going to cost 200,000 AED including the furniture. We will need at least 6 computers, six tables. Also we will need handheld or palms to take orders. We will also need six sales people @ 6000 AED salary per month and six cars, and four trucks and four truck drivers @ 4000 AED salary per month. We will need to rent a warehouse approximatly 5000 sqf the rent will be around 200,000 AED per year. The start up inventory will be 1,000,000 AED. The start up cash will be 250,000 AED the cost for license is 50,000 AED per year for renewal.
