Many thanks for considering creating a design & render for my Villa in Nusa Dua, Bali I'm looking for an expert in architectural design to create a concept for my personal property. The design should reflect a contemporary Balinese villa style, harmonizing the latest design trends with traditional elements. The property is less than 500 sqm, requiring both exterior and interior design. I would be needing external and internal rendering - design 2d & 3d Ideal Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in architectural design, especially Balinese style. * Strong portfolio with a flavor of contemporary design. * Experience with small scale residential properties. What I Expect: * Full exterior and interior design concept for a small-sized personal property. * A perfect blend of contemporary and Balinese style across all designs. * Detailed renderings, highlighting key design elements. The Villa sits on 450square meters. I’ve attached a diagram of the shape of the block of land, as well as the Floor Plan 1. Land Shape Villa Sucasas 2. Floor Plan – Villa Sucasas Nusa Dua The Villa will be 1 story only, all external & internal walls will be 200mm thick. The Entrance – Terrace and roof inside will be 3 meters high, however within the lounge & dining area, the ceiling (timber) can go up to 3.3meters highs (Flat Roof) – Timber or another material Windows, doors and sliding or bi-fold doors 3 meters high. I’ve also attached a word document with pictures of the style of Villa I would like, contemporary but with a Bali feel using natural stone from the area. (two pictures showing the 2 different types of stone that can be used. My preference is working with natural products, white, grey stone and timber. Interior design can be whatever you like and you can play around with bathroom design. The position of the amenities within the bathrooms is open to interpretation. Master Bedroom and Bedroom 3 open bathrooms. I get inspiration from the work of Architect Alejandro Borrego.
