I am looking for a talented individual to critique and enhance the floor plan I've drawn for our family pre-fabricated home. The dimensions we have to work within are 3x trusses, each 4.3x10m. My focus is to ensure we are making the best use of space, particularly for the bedrooms and associated areas. Here's what I need from you: - Assess the current layout for space efficiency. - Recommend alterations for better flow and usage. - Suggest design modifications near the children's bedrooms to possibly include a children's retreat area. - Space for a full size laundry. - Provide creative solutions for the hallways to minimize dead space. Ideal skills for this job: - Architectural design and planning expertise, including experience with pre-fabricated homes. - Proficiency in the latest design software. - A keen eye for detail and spatial optimization. - Experience with residential projects, especially family homes.
