Hello, I was going through the detailed word file of the requirements for the house that you have provided and I'm interested in doing the concept designs for the project. I'm an Architect by profession with expertise in residential designs. About the project, the requirements are to the point and as I see, you have included everything that can be designed. I would like to know the area of the plot of the dimensions of the house so that I can get an overall idea. Also it would be required to start the design work. Also, the pictures are not attached I guess. If you can provide information regarding the contour though it is almost flat as you have mentioned. However, in the word file you have provided 'pictures' are not shown/ attached. Could you please check that. I think it's a house designed by using columns(posts) & beams. So I guess you need an Engineer's review. I have experience in designing houses with column & beam frames. I can provide you a basic conceptual plans drawn by using Auto CAD. Hi im an architect and im able to help you with this project, its very intersting, ive read the home requirements and my mind started to work and imagine many ideas, with more than 7 years in home design experience i can asure you that you wil be glad with my work. It would be helpfull if you can provide a site plan or sketch of the geometry of the site, orientation and if posible, geographical coordinates, in the attached document wasnt any image or references to look at. I will provide you with CAD plans, and even some renders, i like to work and design in 3d, as a result i can always provide baisc images of the work with my clients and get a better idea of the project.
