RTLS tag using BLE to locate person working on a construction field

I need to develop a system to locate person on a large construction field. The tag shall be used BLE or any low power te3chnology. The tag shall be very small in size (nRD52832 or similar ). The tg shall have accelerometer for fall detection, temperatures and humidity sensor and it shall be located using multiple receivers or base station installed on the field. the battery status shall be read., More details shall be given on chat.
