Teach me to build Tesseract OCR with training tools from source and also leptonica from source

Looking for an experienced developer who can help me build Tesseract OCR with Leptonica from source. The Tesseract OCR must contain training tools and be the latest version (5.3.1). Leptonica should also be built from source separately from Tesseract, as there will be a version of Tesseract with Leptonica and Leptonica separately from Tesseract. To build the programs, I want to use only SW software and Microsoft Visual Studio with no other programs installed. The program should be built on a Windows computer. In addition, I need to be taught how to train Tesseract and I must test the training tool to ensure it is working. The installation process should be similar to what is contained in the following video: [login to view URL] I have attempted to follow these steps but have been unsuccessful, so I need someone who understands this process well. I have a few autohotkey scripts that use Tesseract OCR, and I'm requesting the above job because I want to learn in-depth the processing of OCR for future programming. Therefore, I do not want only the solution ready. I want to learn the step-by-step process of building Tesseract OCR with Leptonica from source. As an ultimate request, I need the current failed readings to be performed correctly (most of the readings are doing well, but regularly some of the are wrong). I'll attach some of the regular readings of images I'm doing for reference. One important request is the need for clear verbal communication in english, that I'll base on reviews (I will not give the project to new freelancers).
