Consiste en una casa de 140m2 construida con estructura metálica ( montantes y canales estructurales de 60 y 90) y cerchas metálicas con las mimas EETT. Las Fundaciones fueron ejecutadas con POYOS 35 x 15 L=50 + envigados de madera. Necesitamos realizar el proyecto de calculo completo (proyecto en formato CAD , con planta de fundaciones, cerchas, tabiques y detalles constructivos en cada lamina) + Memoria de calculo, EETT de calculo + firma de proyectista, esto con el objetivo de poder presentarlos ante la Municipalidad y contar con el permiso de obra. La casa se encuentra ubicada en Puerto Varas
