I need an experienced architect to create a detailed site plan for permit applications related to a commercial property.

The attached 'Survey' drawing is the actual land. This is all we have got, no pdf or dwg file is available.
The attached 'Concept' is actually how the things will be laid out, but the job is to make a detailed architect's drawing out of it, for permit application.
The attached 'Sample' is to show how detailed the drawing should be.
Expectations:
- Accurate plan for two main building blocks per given sqft area, but they MUST remain rectangular as in the concept.
- Thoughtfully designed parking layout, optimizing space utilization. This is the most crucial part of the architect's skill because the parking layout should concern the actual feasibility and car movements.
- Landscape details, creating a harmonious blend with the property’s architecture. The green spots are already shown in the concept.
