IT Audit On Site in Qatar for 20 Days

Scope of Services: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Audit Specialist to join our team as a call-off contractor. As part of an upcoming IT Mobility Services and Unified Communication and Messaging Services Process audit, he/she will be responsible for executing comprehensive IT Mobility Services and Unified Communication and Messaging Services control testing and assessments. Services Required: * Perform audit work in accordance with the client’s internal auditing standards and IIA Standards. * Review, understand, and execute the audit program to meet the audit objectives. * Document the audit testing results in a timely manner, with high-quality and adequate working papers (using templates provided). * Audit findings/observations are to be well documented in Audit Memos with adequate supporting documentation. * Discuss and agree on the potential observations/ gaps identified with the Lead Auditor on a timely basis. * Discuss and agree with the auditee/client on the agreed observations/ gaps. * Document Audit Memos (within 2 days from their identification and agreement) and have them approved by the Lead Auditor. Requirements: * IT auditors require a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct audits of IT Mobility Services and Unified Communication and Messaging Services Processes and Methodologies. Here are the main skills and requirements for this type of audit: * Understanding of IT Mobility Services and Unified Communication and Messaging Services: Proficiency in Cisco and Microsoft principles and best practices. * IT Systems and Infrastructure: Familiarity with IT systems, networks, databases, and software development processes. * Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, perform data mining, and use data analysis tools to identify anomalies and patterns. * Understanding of IT Governance: Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory compliance * Risk Assessment: Ability to identify and assess risks associated with IT projects and their management. * Audit Methodologies: Proficiency in audit methodologies, such as the ISACA Risk and Control Framework, and the ability to apply them to IT project audits. * Internal Control Evaluation: Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties, and control frameworks. * Mobility Services: Understanding of SAP Mobility, Push mail applications, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD). Unified Communication and Messaging Services: Understanding of instant messaging, voice (IP Telephony), mobility features, desktop sharing, data sharing, voice mail, email SMS and fax.
