I have experience with vocal and audio editing for over four years, using several plugins such as the ozone bundles, ERA bundles and waves can help out to remove the eco and the little noise plus setting the eqs to there original clear sound

I would use izotope RX to clean up the unwanted echo and add gain and compression across the tracks to make sure they all sit nicely with each other. This should take about 2-3 hours to do depending on the severity of echo.
