I need a 1 minute voice over for a video I'm doing. I do a lot of video work and most need voice overs so please bid because even if this project is small I might have you do others for me. I need the voice to be clear, file delivery in wav(PCM). Accent, not important as long as it gets the message across. My budget is 30 dollars. In case you don't win, I might save the sample and invite you to later project. Thank you for your time.
