ASPX function: retrieve "Customer" value from ARIN using IP

ARIN Provides a retrieval service to lookup "Customer" name from an IP address. I would like an ASPX function that takes the IP address as an argument and returns the "Customer" name from ARIN. For example: "http://whois.arin.net/rest/ip/209.235.179.62" produces a page (in response to a "GET") that includes XML data. In this example the value I seek is the "Customer" value (the example's result would be “VPNtranet, LLC (C01762072)” in this case. ARIN database instructions… [login to view URL]
