Real Estate Driven Marketing Site

I have some of this already completed so you can start fresh or use what I have. OVERVIEW In brief, I need to create a database driven website with an easy back end for photo and video uploading and data entry. Also the site need to be able to generate an email campaign (mobile devise friendly), similar to constant contact. Three or more photo slide shows to select from. Google Maps and Analytics and social links ready. DETAILS (more details will be emailed to you) The front end of the website will have only about 5 to 7 original pages (database driven). The back end will require perhaps 5 to 7 separate pages. The property database is designed already and is SQL 2008 The photos and videos should be easy to upload. Prefer to be able drag multiple photos/videos to a section on the page ("drag photos/videos here") and also be able to use mobile devices (android, iphone, ipad). The website will have a function to allow the user to create an email campaign (select graphics/photos/background/data from database/add text). We can design the 'templates' to select from; allow for more templates to be added later. This function should allow the creation of an email campaign that has an iframe and/or one large graphic with a link to the website page selected. Google maps and analytics needs to be incorporated on each page. The contacts management will be simple (5 to 10 fields) The campaigns database will have more fields but not sure what is required (track hits/history/content) We should be able to 'copy' a campaign or just edit an old one. This part is not required but would be great if you could give me a quote: Be able to generate a PDF file from a report page and save that file and link it to a property or email, etc. Good coding practices and modular design (easy to understand/modify) is critical.
