Problem with email template system.
When you get to this page please click on Manage Templates. This will take you to where I can change the templates. Each template allows me to change the subject line and the main body of the email. I do not like the layout of this template and much prefer the way you did the templates in www.Hip-Serve.co.uk. Your version seems more spaced out etc.
I want each template to have a description so that I know what they each refer to. I will details this below;
The subject line for each email should come before the body of the email.
Problems with template ID 3 & 4 - This email is sent to a conveyancer and confirms that the agents wants to refer business to them. This email is sent when a new agent registers with us.
3 = Subject Line
4 = Main Body
The subject line is currently showing the fiollowing message when the email is sent;
[%AGENT_USER_NAME%] would like to refer Conveyancing leads to you!
The agents name should actually appear here !
The main body of the email is currently showing the following message when the email is sent;
Dear John Smith,
You are receiving this email because [%AGENT_USER_NAME%] has selected you as one of their preferred conveyancers for referrals business.
This email offers you the option to accept or decline their request for referral business. Should you decide to accept their invitation, you will receive a referral email from [%AGENT_USER_NAME%] every time they recommend you as a conveyancer. Once you have received this email, you will provide the client with a quotation by post.
[%AGENT_USER_NAME%] has asked that you pay them £56 for each referral that leads to a conveyancing instruction for you. Please consider this when you send the conveyancing quotation to the customer. It is important that no reference is made to [%AGENT_USER_NAME%] receiving a fee for the referral. The fee of £56 will be paid direct to [%AGENT_USER_NAME%] once invoiced.
You can also Accept or Decline the invitation to receive referral business from [%AGENT_USER_NAME%] by clicking on the relevant link.
