I've been developing umbraco websites for over 7 years now and know pretty much all aspects of the Umbraco CMS. If you want someone who can communicate with you in a timely and effective manner then I am the person for your job. I understand you have CSS/HTML code already so depending on how many pages the website it is then it really shouldn't take to long at all.
