ASP Website Clean Up

I need a couple of simple changes at www.rigchaser.com. Since this is my first attempt at finding the right provider I am limiting my requests to what is listed below. Then when I find the right provider I have some more work I want to do. 1. Re-design the Navigation Bar to only show buttons that actually send the visitor to a page that is working. Preferably in this order: HOME, JOBS, EQUIPMENT, PHOTOS, GEAR (change the SHOP Link to say GEAR) 2. Remove the background logo image that appears as faded behind the news on the Homepage. (never liked it) 3. Come up with a way to display a rotating banner that would appear just below the Nav Bar on every page. Would like to install something that has sats built in. (for advertisers)
