We require redesign of two existing websites with no content changes or structure changes. The scope of work: 1. Website redesign - new look and feel (minimal Flash where ABSOLUTELY neessary) 2. CMS Integration - should be an existing leading CMS available in the market that would be integrated with the [login to view URL] website content is to be managed through the CMS. 3. SEO - entire website should be designed with SEO from ground-up 4. Newsletter - Existing market-leading newsletter script to be used 5. Image Gallery - Existing market-leading script to be used that fits with the new design 6. Flash-based MP3 and Video streaming player - should be an existing market-leading product 7. 2-3 custom email submission forms The overall website needs to scalable enough to handle millions of hits a day. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO WEBSITES YOU NEED TO BID FOR. BOTH WEBSITES WILL HAVE SIMILAR FUNCTIONALITY BUT EACH WILL HAVE A UNIQUE LOOK AND FEEL.
