I would like to hire an Artist

My name is Azriel Bowles, and I'm a young English writer currently working on his first Novelette, due for publishing next year. Long story short, I need an artist to help with promotion for my Kickstarter campaign so as to raise the money to pay for publishing. Because of the project, I may need several peices done over the span of a few months, so as to continue attracting interest. All drafts and plans would be appreciated also, as, with the artists permission, I would like to use them as rewards for anyone that pledges a high amount of money. The art style is set for negotiation, but my ideal would be somebody who can use either pastels or pencil to create stunning and powerful naturalistic drawings, examples include a setting sun over a vast moor, or a house amongst a tempest of snow. I will also need for them to be able to draw humanoid figured fairly well, but large amounts of detail aren't necessary for this. In total, 3 to 4 peices may be requested, although whether the art is used in the book itself will depend on the suitability and quality. Due to the nature of my campaign, income can vary based on the outcome of the Kickstarter. If it succeeds I have the money easy, if it fails then it suddenly becomes much harder.
