Im looking for a 750 word content piece about how to maximise (unleashing) the potential of millenials in your workforce. It needs to include 5-7 'to-dos' as bullet points and each point needs 2 sentences to support. Also want project to include 5 headlines/sub heads of internal office motivational posters that relate to unleashing your potential (as a millennial employee) Personality needs to be (australian) contemporary business with fresh conversational tone Target audience is for non-millennial managers (Baby Boomers and Gen X) in businesses with more than 50 staff who are struggling to develop and motivate their millennial teams. They often hear our lazy and self obsessed this generation is but they believe that there has to be a way to get them engaged and productive

Hello, Do you want a dedicated and hardworking freelancer to work on your project, beating deadline and doing a good work. I know how it feels to have CopyScape flag down your contents as copied. It makes one feel like a fraud. I write Plagiarism free and well detailed contents obtained from in-depth research. My results are highly optimized for search engines by using industry keywords and placing them strategically in the work. I also write engaging details, keeping things short, accurate and informative using bullet points to give readers what they want at a glance. Chat me up for the best results on freelancer.

Dear Client: Peculiar as it is, this is a cover letter. When it comes to words, I like to twist, twirl and twine them until they are almost alive, until they have a conscience of their own. And where are words, ideas will follow. I would not say that I will concoct the road to Mars. Then again, I actually may. Only that it will be in the form of a sixty second spot or a fifteen words blurb. I never run dry of ideas. Above all, I am a word tamer. Please drop me a line so I can send you my portfolio. Best Regards, Amo. Lucian

I was born on the cusp of Gen X and the Millenials, so I have walked the tightrope of these two cultures all of my working life. I have also lead them as a team and worked alongside them. I can bring my personal knowledge to this article and as an Australian, I've already got an intimate understanding of the Australian business place. My plan for this article is to highlight why there is a view that Millenials are lazy and self-obsessed, where it comes from and what positives this generation brings (eager for responsibility, readily adaptable to change and so on.) Then move on to how to bring out the best in them, through communication styles, management styles and the like. I definitely agree with subheads and bullet points, as most people tend to skim an article for the main points. Here is a quick sample: Managing Millenials: What You Need To Know Call them Generation Y, Generation Me, however you refer to them, Millenials are in your workplace. And according to Deloitte, they'll make up 75% of the workplace by 2025. Millenials, named for the time the generation came of age, are often viewed as brats. Spoilt, impatient, lazy, too much confidence for their inexperience and no loyalty to a company. But despite this pervasive view, Millenials are very intelligent, switched-on workers who come across as self-obsessed because they see themselves as a business, as something to nurture and build through work.
