Healthy Tahini Dip
This is one of my favourite dip, it has a beautiful sesame flavour from the tahini. It is creamy,
sweet, garlicky, tangy all in one. Perfect to dip falafels, it makes a great sauce for any sandwiches or shawarma as well.
Method:
Take yogurt in a strainer and let it strain for 1 hour till it gets thick.
Take curd, tahini, salt, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl and mix really well.
Keep this in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve with falafel or any lebanese foods..
It is very healthy, it has a lot of medical quality, it is designed to be compatible with this generation of young people.
