Real Estate Article Writer

Greetings: We are looking for a real estate article writer for on-going work. The articles will be focused primarily on buyer's tips, seller's tips, and market trends. We are looking for a native English speaker, preferably from the US or Canada (will also consider Australian or UK) and must possess a good understanding of the US real estate market. A typical work week will entail the follow: (3) buyer's tips articles (3) seller's tips articles (1) market trends/snap shot report Each article: *Must be 400-500 words in length *Will be checked on Copyscape (some re-writing is OK, but still must pass copyscape) *Should have superior grammar, spelling, punctuation/capitalization, tone/voice, etc *Must NOT be produced from a spinning software *Will have an accompanying relevant photo you found online or from our iStockPhoto account Please provide 2-3 samples of previous work for consideration. We will pay $10 for each article that meets our guidelines. Please bid based on 7 articles per week, or $70 as our budget is fixed. There will be more work as time goes on so if this assignment goes well I can recommend you as we launch new products. Thank and Best Regards
