I need 21 short articles 400-500 words writen every month

Hi, This is a repost of my other project as the selected service provider was not able to delivery the work with some funny excuses. Before you bid on this project, please make sure you wont have massive power down in your town and no storms that damages your ISP. LOL Providers who have placed bid on my previous project, please feel free to bid again. I am looking for a good article writer to work with on ongoing basis and long term. The niche is web / graphic design and i will be targeting specific keyweords in each article. The articles will be short, anything between 400-500 words and must pass CS and other validators for uniqueness. I will pay $1,5 per article. The first bunch of 21 articles will need to be completed within 1 week. I am going to need this service from you once per month, so if your service is good, you have guaranteed 20 article order per month from me.
