First timer! I have 11 handwritten Soduku Puzzle Books- Doing ONE book now only- Need Editor/Publisher HELP!

Hi. OK, basically.. want to publish just one of the Soduko and crossword puzzle books written so I can see the process and learn what not to do for the next book. After researching the get down to writing and publishing your own books I know I need everything. Top to bottom. Editor and publisher is needed. Also all books have been handwritten by my blood Uncle from inside High Desert State Prison here in Nevada. He has 11 already done. 100 puzzles per book 1 puzzle per page. But as I said he is in prison so all books are handwritten. Want just ONE book, 100 pages,to be uploaded using some type of software like Adobe InDesign. Also, thr cover has been illustrated by another inmate whom has already been paid for his work. However I believe we need a better cover. Please help. Can pay whatever necessary but we need just one book published and loaded onto Amazon before this Christmas. My uncle calls me daily. We have financial support from my grandfather/uncle dad and we want to do this NOW! Thank you. Please contact via text or email. Won't answer unknown number in my phone.
