I need a professional to write a story about an individual who demonstrated a willingness to go "beyond the call of duty". At a minimum the employee created an unforgettable experience for a guest or colleague. This story will be submitted to a committee and they will be choosing the best award winning for the "Beyond the call of duty". I will be providing the facts and details of action taken by the employee.
