The project is ventilator. Make a program which can run all of the components forming a feedback in such a way that when we open or close the solenoid valves using relays they will provide us with required proportion of oxygen in the air. the normal air contains 21% of oxygen and oxygen from gas cylinder contains 100% of oxygen so you have to turn off or turn on the solenoids so that they can provide us with a desired concentration of oxygen in the mixed air from both inlets. oxygen sensor is followed with other sensors which are barometric sensor ,pressure sensors etc. ( details of components and working is given in the document attached) . this is kind of overview if you can help me then i can provide you with more information and i have other alternates for mixing of oxygen and air if you find this solenoid method difficult. please help me if you can provide me with a working software for my project. I`ll be thankful to you if you accept my work. you can take 6-8 days for completing the work. for more information you can contact me anytime

Hello, I can create a program using Arduino or other microcontroller , if you could send me the logic and the datasheets of the sensors. Do you have a circuit diagram or is it to be generated. We need to see if relay operation would produce the desired results depends on the range in which the oxygen % in the air+oxygen mixture. If you have a proportional valve it might give a better result. Please come on line to chat.

Dear client, I can help you complete the ventilator project. I have experience in developing commercial products such as vending machines, incubator controller's, sanitizer dispenser, air purifier, etc. I am an embedded developer with more than 4 years of experience. We can use either arduino or raspberry pi for this project. But I suggest using Arduino with AVR programming. Since the raspberry pi uses memory card for storing program, it may get currupt and device will stop working. Since this is a medical equipment, I prefer using AVR programming instead of Arduino IDE. Let's chat so that we can discuss further.

Hello, reading your project details I understand that you have solenoid valves, an oxygen sensor, barometric sensor, pressure sensor and others. The type of each sensor is important to determinate the communication between the sensors and the microprocessor, that can be analog or digital, all can be made. I would like to help, let's work in your project.

Hi, I do not see a file attached to your project publication, I work both with Arduino and with Schneider Electric brand PLCs, I would like to know what type of devices are you considering for the control system, when you talk about solenoid valves you do not specify what type They are, if they are motorized, adjustable position, On-Off, likewise the sensors you use if they have a normalized electrical output or send the reading by communication protocol, in short there are many ways to do a control, I need more information to be able to help you .
