Write a Patent

Hi there, I have an idea for an Application. I am not sure if the Application or "anything" from it is Patent-able. So before I get more into depth risking money for designs and development, I was hoping to pass out some hand drawn sketches or images with a briefing of the functions and capabilities of the App idea.( I am wandering if I get a small team of individual Patent gurus to look into the Idea, The better my chances of getting "ANYTHING if not Everything" of my idea protected. Whether it is being able to Patent Protect its Functions/Capabilities OR Copy writing the images. Hopefully to a point where the App is protected from such things as minor adjustments or designs changing it enough to make it " The same, yet different". Example... Due to me only knowing the English Language, I don't want somebody being able to convert it to all languages therefore being able to make it something different altogether. In general, giving me the chance to put the APP out there and improvising and improving it as time goes on. Without the risk of more in tune IT savvy professionals taking the Idea, revamping it and calling it there own. So before I get into investing time and money, I was hoping to get some questions answered and a professional opinion on what is the easiest and most cost effective way about getting this APP developed. But before I get into the nitty gritty of it I was hoping if It was possible to gather a team of Patent/Copywright/Trademark experts to individually look at my Patent Idea and see if there is any way I could file such an Idea? Also because of restricted funds, am I able to send images and sketches to the team just as examples of what I am wanting to achieve before getting professional designs done? Also, Could I please split up the costs of this project into stages? Example.... Stage 1: Initial payment, to take a look at my idea samples and its functions etc... And if they genuinely believe there is something or anything that is patent able, then proceed to.... Stage 2: I would use Freelancer.com to create professional designs and APP mockups which would be used towards the APP development. Whilst using the existing Patent Team with a second payment to collectively write up the Provisional Patent Application for filing, using the proffesional designs and App mockups as the visual . ( I believe that if I get a team of individual Patent gurus to look into the Idea, The better my chances of getting "ANYTHING" of my idea protected. And then... Stage 3: Whilst using Freelancer.com developers to build the Application, a third and final payment is for the Patent team to make the final and necessary adjustments to the Patent File. ( If need be.) OR? Of course do I just get the App designed and developed and put it out there? Even if I start off with only APPLE and ANDROID first and progressing to the rest later on. Can I please get some insight on this? I am wanting the App to be available on all Platforms and languages. And eventually in all languages.
