I am currently working as vmware administrator. So, I have knowledge on vmware player, vmware workstation, vmware esxi and I can deliver you a VPS easily but I really can not understand your requirement fully. If you clarify me your requirement in a better way then I can tell you the steps and I can tell you the software and hardware requirement as well. We can create virtual machines with vmware workstation and for that we need Virtualization enabled in BIOS (machine must support VT or virtualization). If you need just 1 VPS then requirement of RAM is not too much. I would request you to elaborate your requirement. Connectivity or LAN of that machines will not be a problem.

Hello, So far as I understand, you need a system (Could be a laptop or desktop) in which i need to install virtualized windows and connect it to existing LAN connection, so that other system can connect to this Virtual system. Please correct me if i'm wrong. For this I need to install a Hyper-v or VMware workstation application then host a windows and connect to existing network.
