Take a Github project and create a Library and Demo for Android and iPhone

There is an open source Github C++ project that was developed by an organization called NIST. What this app does is look at a fingerprint image and returns the Quality of the image - whether it is a suitably scanned quality or of poor quality. It also detects the Pattern of fingerprint for example is ita Spiral Whorl or a Arch etc etc. What I would like to do is have this built into a Library that can be used in either a Android or iPhone app. Pass the image to the Library (Github app) and then get Return values (Pattern, Quality) a) Create the Library using the existing Github source code b) Create a very simple test app in Android and one in XCode that shows the library working. - select an image from the Galary and import that into the Library and then display the Returned result.
