Custom Android TV Launcher

The goal of this project is to create a simple android TV system that does the following: 1) Waits for internet connection to be available. If not available in 30 seconds, bring up settings button and restart button. 2) Downloads a text file that lists the following: -- Background image URL - image that should be downloaded and placed as the background -- Logo URL - to be placed top center of the launcher screen. -- Up to 6 different URLs for live streaming and the associated text to be displayed on button 3) Take all of the information and create a branded experience for the user with a LiveTV option (linking to a live TV app), buttons for each of the live stream URLs (RTSP, HTTP, or HLS). The android device will be running Android 9.0. It would be nice to have a top-secret way to get into the settings menu or an app listing so we can work on apps behind the scenes. This should come with instructions on how to install and enable the launcher. When user hits the "HOME" button it should close any live streaming app in the background. User should not be able to add customized apps or other information onto screen.
