On the old key punch system, you verified data entry by punching the cards a second time. This is intended as modern version.
## Deliverables
1 user selects Verify
2 User selects Client (from drop down box) (program displays Client Name; Client Number)
3 Program opens client .MDB MDB is always named with the client Number
4 User selects the Table to verify.(from drop down box):
5 User creates table ERR, aource err
6 User selects Fields to verify.(from drop down box):
7 User selects Period to start to verify (periods start with a record AAMMYY OR YYMMDD
8 Program displays first record following period start. To enable operator to confirm verify start
9 User enters selected data, if it does not conform to the record
A) Sound Tone 2 times, (If you don't know how to sound, enter Call Beep(2). And advise when you bid.
B) Display message: "Flag source as XXX"
C) Save "Auto" number of record, save the data stored in the non matching field, and the verify data entered.
D) XXX is an incrementing Number created by the program
E) Continue with next record, shown below".
F) Display Next record.
10 User enters selected data, if it does conforms to the recorded data BEEP(1) and continue

Sorry, I apparently did not make the procedure clear. The first data operator enters the data. A different data operator enters the critical data using the same source. This program confirms that the critical data was correctly entered. h
