CSS and small fix on Wordpress project - Must start now

[login to view URL] #1 Align the Home icon ( top-right near language switcher) and make it gray when we are not on the home page #2 Make bullet point same size everywhere on the site, they are too big in Service page #3 Services pages ( French side) the end of the first bloc is hidden by the footer - must fix this #4 Adjust the text where there is bullet so it do not go under the bullet on second line ( add padding in the CSS bullet ) - See image in attach piece All modification must be done in English and French side of the site Need this done in the next 1 hour - 10$ budget
