Actionscript 3 Developer

Hi,

Our software product has a few custom built AS3 modules such as a 'File Manager', 'Playlist Editor', 'Design Layout Editor', 'Media Player', etc.

We would like to add features and fine tune these modules both graphically and functionally.

I am looking for an experienced ActionScript 3 Developer who is familiar with building Flash based applications and modules. The worker should be comfortable with loading data via XML, using all the standard UI components, building custom components, tweening, event management, liquid layouts, UI Design, etc.

The worker must* be available interactively for the discussion and testing phases. For example I would like to Skype and ScreenShare with the worker to discuss the required changes... let them do their work ... then Skype and ScreenShare again once done.

Any experience in performance tuning is an advantage as we are deploying the 'Media Player' module of our application on low powered "Intel Atom" processors. Any graphic design experience (creating glossy buttons, colour schemes, icons, etc.) is also an advantage.

When bidding / commenting please let me know how many hours per day you can work and how many of those can be interactive for GMT Timezone. Please also provide a clear URL to any portfolios etc. you may want to show me. Also, please let me know when you'd be able to start.

## Deliverables

Please find attached an example modification that needs to be made to our Playlist Editor module. The job will involve completing a number of these small upgrades to various components such as this.
