Create Nice Wordpress Theme

I am looking for someone to create a nice wordpress theme for a website. I will also need a bunch of plugins (that probably already exist) The theme will actually be used for two websites that need to be connected. It will need the following. Nice Info Page where users can choose to go to: Go to Site A: [login to view URL] Go to Site B [login to view URL] The Home bottom should take users back to the intro page(this page is the same for both sites) I have two restaurants that are connected together, but it's actually two separate restaurants/bar...I want uses to be able to view either website by clicking on a link. I want to use wordpress CMS for easy updatability. Please view the website below. I would like it to be similar. I will also need plugs for easily adding menu items(Picture, description, price)...please see the site below as an example. [login to view URL] Also if you could find other plugins that may already be created for Other Plugins: 1. Special Events (Name, date, picture, description) 2. News letter (double opt in) (where discounts/ coupons can be emailed out to registered users...We should be able to login to the CMS and write a news letter and hit send and have it mail to who ever is on the email list...we should not have to choose who to send to. Each site will have it's own version and own separate registration. (this plug in probably already exists...actually all of these probably exist somewhere...we just need to get it loaded on 3. Testimonials 4. custom login screen There does not need to be a blog for this theme....We need to make sure that it does not appear as a blog, but rather as a normal website.... I will include two logos that are kind of similar for each of the two sites...I don't mind having two separate instances of the same WP theme considering the fact that there will be two separate domain names....The user should always have a link to get to the other site though. [login to view URL] This may seem like alot, but I know that most of the plugins are already created. The main work will be for the theme to look good with both logos(which are similar). I will test it with all browsers that I can find to make sure that it is correct. I will provide all links and logos when I have chosen a designer. Thanks, Anthony
