I need someone to develop a software that can accommodate 1 000 (x 10 different halls) internet users who will access internet through my computers for 45 minutes - 1hour a day and 500MB for wifi use on their own laptops, tablets and smart phones. It must also be linked to a payments system and be able to immediately activate an account that has been paid and freeze an account that has not been paid for until payment is done.
