Basically I am looking for a developer who specializes in blogs using custom themes. I would provide the design layout for you to use and you will code it with the blog software. I have about 3 blogs projects. So if a good job is done on one, you will work on the rest. The blogs can be simple as word press using a custom template to more custom like the example below using features like DIGG, Twitter, Facebook options. The blog also needs an RSS subscription too. Here is an example of the FEATURES I need in the blog. I will provide the design template to use. But I need most of the features you see.
