This project is to take an Android 2.2 tablet PC OS and remove excess programs, restrict tablet to browser use only, lock-out URL bar, & restrict access to device.

## Deliverables

I need to know what is required for you to perform this task in your bid. I have the tablet in its production states that contains excess apps and bluetooth features that I don't need and want removed. I also need the settings blocked out and certain hardware buttons disabled. Do you need the source code or will you be able to pull it from the device if I send you the tablet PC in its current form?
